Superbonus 110%

The eco-bonus is a tax deduction of 110% of the expenses incurred for energy efficiency and seismic risk reduction interventions. The 110% deduction applies to all condominium renovation expenses incurred from 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2021.

With the 110% Superbonus you are entitled to a 110% tax deduction for expenses incurred from 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2021.

The legislation allows you to perform the following works thanks to 2 types of bonuses:


ECOBONUS

Thanks to the Ecobonus, the following energy efficiency interventions will be possible: • Replacement of old windows with new ones with low energy consumption.


• Coating of the facade of the building through the application of external and / or internal thermal insulation.


• Application of solar panels.


• Installation of photovoltaic panels.


• Replacement of the heating system.


• Heat pump cooling and heating system, an ecological alternative that allows you to use free energy sources to heat and cool your home.

SISMABONUS

The Sismabonus is designed for specific anti-seismic interventions on buildings, such as adaptation and / or


seismic improvement, with the aim of at least 1 class of lower seismic risk in seismic areas 1,2,3.


MANAGEMENT OF CONDOMINIUM PRACTICES:
